Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station

Spacious apartment style hotel room with large comfortable bed, comfortable sofa bed and the sitting area. Also raised seated area for eating. Well equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and ample crockery. Spacious en suite bathroom. Valet parking was very convenient and quick to bring our car at checkout. You can use the valet area as drop off at check in even if you choose to self park . Breakfast had good variety, and some cooked options. Very convenient for the downtown area. We only stayed one night but would have been great for a longer stay.

The room was great having a separate area for the tv and sofa. As well having the kitchenette though i did not use that only staying for 2 nights. One fantastic benefit the room had was lots of electrical sockets. In this modern day with all our electrical devices - iPads . Mobile phones and such, and each person with their own devices, there was ample sockets to charge multiple devices. Unlike other places where i have had to unplug lamps and take it in turn with the family to charge our phones, this was great to have all the electrical sockets.

Clean, modern hotel. Comfortable, quiet room.

Everything. I injured my back quite badly during my stay whilst out from the hotel, when I came back the staff especially on front desk were so helpful. I’d like to give a particular mention to frank on front desk, I could barely walk and he was kind enough to offer to get my car from the parking lot and bring it to the reception so I could head to the hospital. Please pass on my regards to him and recognise him for going above and beyond.

Everything was brand new. Hotel opened less than two weeks ago, from my understanding. The staff had their A++ game on. Free parking, and also walkable to downtown. Some of the softest hotel towels outside of the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton.
